CUIB Elementary Entrepreneurial Academy embodies Four main pillars of an entrepreneurial education.
- Attitude: Creating self-awareness and building self-confidence in an individual’s ability to take initiative and risk, think critically and act wisely.
- Knowledge: This will permit pupils to gain knowledge of career opportunities and world of work and address needs of the communities in a Global world.
- Skills: Impact pupils with communication, presentation and planning skills furnished with effective team work collaboration.
- Capability: output and or implementation of pupils activities in different skills acquired
Programme Structure
CUIB Elementary Entrepreneurial Academy’s programme of study is based on the Cameroon Government Curriculum with the U.S curriculum approach to entrepreneurial education and embrace cultural diversity.
The school programme is structured such that children develop lifelong attitudes towards learning and build a foundation in the core subjects of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM), alongside additional international entrepreneurship programmes, competitions and workshops. At the same time, children will learn to work and play independently and within groups, develop collaborative and team skills and also develop a sense of individuality as well as global connectivity
