About CUIB A&T
CUIB Elementary Entrepreneurial Academy – The Academy of Talents, with its acronym CUIB A & T was created in April 04th 2017 to provide Entrepreneurial and Competence-based education with a global mindset. CUIB A & T seeks to deliver an outstanding international education while ensuring that Cameroonian values are central to School life, strengthening the minds of our pupils and equip them with both the passion for learning and the ambition to make a difference to the local and global community. All pupils will have the opportunity to be involved in community services thereby making a difference and impacting the lives of others.
This Academy was created to build young talents at an elementary level (Nursery & Primary) and guide these talented youths through realizing their goals as they grow up to secondary School and to the University. This system of education will enable children fit in a global world wherein as entrepreneurs; they will have the right Attitudes, Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities which covers the three broad dimensions of entrepreneurship education (taking the initiative and risk, critical thinking, creativity and problem solving).
CUIB A&T curriculum is government based, polished with entrepreneurial approach that is; integrating entrepreneurial education into existing subjects and creating additional programmes for entrepreneurship. Children’s entrepreneurship activities and programmes will include workshops (where the approach is participatory), education programmes and competitions (national & international), link with the companies and other kiddies corners that will enable kids improve on their talents and become exceptional and outstanding citizens.
In this Academy of Talents, we believe that each child is a Unique Creation of God, and that all children can learn and succeed in a loving, caring and welcoming environment. With God’s Guidance, we build a foundation of Intellect who will successfully navigate an ever-changing, and an ever-challenging world.
