- Admission Criteria
- Non-discriminatory: The admission policy of CUIB A&T is determined by the school Governing Body. CUIB A&T is committed to helping each Pupil reach their “Best Personal Potentials” in a growth mindset culture. The growth mindset culture stems from the belief that with practice, perseverance, and effort, kids have limitless potential to learn and grow. People operating in the growth mindset take on challenges with the understanding that making mistakes and failing are essential to growth. Accordingly, in CUIB A&T, we value Parents who hold dear this growth mindset culture for their kids, namely wanting them to be the best versions of themselves, are ready to learn from their mistakes and see failure as a path to success. This is the process that we use in selecting pupils in CUIB A & T and Parents will be required to sign an engagement form that they will abide to this culture.
