How to apply
a. Visit CUIB website at cuib-cameroon.org/apply and fill out the online form.
b. When application is completed and submitted, the applicant shall be notified if admitted through an admission letter.
c. The Parent/Guardian shall be expected to attend the orientation which is aimed at helping the Parents understand clearly the Policies and procedures guiding the child’s stay in CUIB A&T.
d. For the child to be enrolled as a pupil of CUIB A&T, first installment needs to be paid at the bank.
Applications Steps
a. Applications are required to be made either online or onsite. Online, the applicant will fill the admission form and make a payment of 7,500 XAF for new students and 5,000 XAF for old Pupils.
b. Onsite, the applicant shall be required to fill the admission form, make photocopies of the documents required and make a payment of 7,500 XAF for new Pupils and 5,000 XAF for old Pupils.
c. Applying does not mean automatic admission into CUIB A&T.
d. Parents will be notified if their children have been admitted or not through an admission letter.
e. Parents shall be expected after being notified to make at least a 75% payment of tuition. (CUIB A&T Bank Account: NFC. 1640304457131 Account Name: CUIB-Elementary Entrepreneurial Academy CEEA)
f. Feeding fee, book fee and health fee shall be paid all at once to enable learning materials to be provided to the children.
- Documents to be presented by the Parents (To be presented during orientation)
- A photocopy of the child’s birth certificate.
- Photocopies of the last 2 years report cards for new applicants.
- A photocopy of pupil’s transfer form for those coming from other schools.
- A photocopy of national identity card or Passport of Parents.
